»Design Features:
- Length of the machine:The length of the machine will be of 30’ft apporx.
- Construction of the frame: The frame of the machine is made from channels. The chain on the upper and lower side is also supported by channels.
- Gear Box: The machine has totally enclosed gear box with 4 speed change system having case hardened gears.
- Drawing Carriages & Die Block: The machine will be provided with a drawing carriage and a die head block for single drawing.
- Carriage Back Mechanism: An automatic carriage back mechanism will be provided with the machine.
- Coolant Pump: For all the models RK/1/170 coolant pump is used.
